Straight to the facts: I currently have a credit score range from 626 to 629. I have a full of 21 late payments across two credit card accounts. i reposession in June 2017 with a $9,998 residual. 0 collection accounts. All accounts current. Recently increased my score from 589 to 629 in nether 2 months. Currently using 46% of my credit. ane personal loan with $1237 residuum. ane charged off Capt One account woth $1500 rest. I applied for the go Rewards card today and was instantly approved for $20K. What more tin I say? I dont plan on using this card other than pocket-size purchases and paying it off immediately every month. I set upwards an account with them ane month ago with only $100 in information technology. I will not screw this up. Hooefully this will exist a stepping stone to getting to my goal of a 750 credit score by the end of the year. Wish me luck!!

NFCU lied about sign on bonus

The card is ok but they didn't honour the sign on bonus agreement. I don't like dealing with liars so I'thou done with NFCU. My all-time advice is: don't await anything from them and they'll never disappoint you.

I applied for the the cashback rewards carte du jour in November 2018 and was instantly canonical for $25,000. I was shocked and thought I had double vision and saw to many zeros. My credit score at the time was effectually the 620's, zero in collections, about $50000 in student loan debt but not showing equally negative. Also a couple of older loans that are even so showing as derogatory totaling about $5000. I too have a uppercase i carte du jour of $500 credit limit. My suggestion if u accept collections is to pay off the newest, larger corporeality items kickoff. I had a $206 medical beak on my business relationship for 4 months and once I paid it off my score jumped 76 points, which put me at around the 620's for my credit score. NFCU has been wonderful to me so far, bank check out in that location motorcar ownership programme besides..information technology worked wonders for me and got me a great vehicle at a much lower April than anyone else. Some banks would say as low as 13%, NFCU said viii%. Good luck!

Applied and was given a $25k credit limit instantly, which is great for this card since the depression involvement rate is expert for large purchases. Navy Fed is an all around good company.

Fine, I'll put my own then. I applied for, and was instantly approved for $1,000. My scores are all mid 600's, and I had a Defalcation discharged in 2016. Literally just starting to rebuild. I've been an NFCU member for 20 years, but NEVER used NFCU for whatsoever reason other than to just take a second business relationship open up merely in example. After ii full years of my BK7 being discharged and some serious hard piece of work in rebuilding a damaged credit score, I didnt agree with the initial $1,000 limit given my debt to income ratio (very low debt, very overnice income $140k/yr),. So i sent them a message asking for a reconsideration and stated my example. They stood their basis and said $1k was all I could be approved for. I shot back request if I decided not to activate my carte, would it hurt my business relationship. Await nearly 3 hours and the reply comes back that I was approved for a $15,000 limit instead, and they apologozed for whatsoever inconvienience.? ? I know my credit history is checkered, but I've worked very hard to put it behind me and make the almost out of the 2d chance. It was a confidence architect to know that NFCU had my back. I had to nudge them a piddling, just at least for in one case a man reviewed my example and did what they thought was correct. You cant put a price on that.?

Of class u have an business relationship west/Navy Fed. Today I applied for a cash rewards card with a 625 credit score (working on repairing credit) and was instantly approved w/ a 15,000 limit!! I've practical before and was denied then I remember I'm headed in the correct management w the credit repair procedure.

I have been actively trying to repair my credit. CK suggested applying for a credit menu in hopes of boosting my scores. So I applied for this menu on 9/2/18 with?CK score of 650 avg for TU & EQ, EX 616. Got the message that information technology would take 24hrs for a determination. Called to check on status afterward 24 hour mark, was told to ship proof of id and accost. After sending it about 3 times, I was asked to then fill up out a membership application and copy of DL on 9/4/18. Sent past upload and fax. Chosen on ix/five/18 to check on the status, was placed on hold to find out, yaayy I was approved for $1,000. Annotation: If you don't get an instant approving be prepared to exercise the leg work just hanks NFCU for giving me a chance.

I have been a loyal member of NFCU since I showtime enlisted in the Marine ten years ago, and I honestly felt that beingness a member at NFCU is a special privilege for those who served. However, I recently lost $four,500 to an online fraud that have really devastated my family.? ? This is result of someone gaining access to my NFCU account and transfer $4,500 from my checking to an external account claimed to exist under my name. Despite NFCU knowing the external account does not belong to me, NFCU is holding me accountable, and is merely willing to asking the render of fund from Banking concern of America. The account does non belong to me and the fund transferred to that external account is long gone. ? What is even more than frustrating is the fact I informed NFCU of the fraudulent transfer less than 24 hours after it occurred, and they waited a week to request the? return of fund when the money is long gone. They as well is not willing to tell me which devices I have is compromised, simply says your device you did. The agent I spoke to says it is nearly likely me because information technology is not likely my device is hack?! And its not their responsibleness to care where the coin went except I(my device) fabricated the transfer?! I too tin not get the information on which one of my devices made the transaction, and have to accept the police file a Amendment?!? ? I honestly felt I had the best banking company in the globe until when I needed my bank to step up and aid. It is a shame this is one of the few banks bachelor to military members when information technology wont protect its own customers.?

I actually started with an nRewards secured credit card with $500 limit.? After about vi months to a year they refunded me the coin and bumped my limit to 2500.? I submitted another increment request 6 months later on and was bumped to 3300. ? I have never had a expert credit score due to past experiences, just they canonical me and took care of me.? Now I have a GoRewards carte. ? Honestly, I love how fair they are, I fifty-fifty practical for an increment recently later information technology'south been over a year.? My credit is a complete mess so I am sure it volition get declined, just I love that they don't do the instant denials.? They review all requests past a person. ? I love NFCU.
